The Senior Manager, Consolidation & Reporting plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial data for SEC filings and internal corporate reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, experience in complex multi-entity environments, proficiency in consolidation and reporting systems, and a proven ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting process in accordance with BHI Group timelines.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of reported results under US GAAP and SEC requirements (including BHI Representation Letters).
Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages, variance analysis, and management commentary for inclusion in Group filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.).
Lead all aspects of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and legal entity roll-ups
Act as the primary liaison with the BHI Group Reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all reporting requests and audit inquiries.
Own and maintain the Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with BHI standards.
Develop and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies.
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Accounting to drive alignment and integrity across financial processes.
Support the implementation of new accounting standards and updates to corporate reporting policies.
Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation of reporting and consolidation activities to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
ACA, CA, or CPA equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and proven experience at a publicly traded company.
Solid understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls (SOX)
Demonstrated experience in consolidation accounting across multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
Proficiency with financial systems, Onestream is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams in a global organization.
