For Companies Our client, a Lloyd\’s Managing Agency, is seeking a Financial Lines Claims Manager.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Lines Claims Adjusters and managing a diverse caseload, including PI, D&O, FI, and W&I claims.
The role requires coaching and developing team members to maximize their potential, with a proven track record of assessing performance and implementing tailored improvement strategies.
Applicants should have prior experience in Financial Lines claims handling and some exposure to managing claims staff. This is a hybrid role with excellent long-term career opportunities.
