The shift pattern varies and may include evenings, weekends, sleepovers, or night shifts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support to clients with complex needs.
• Supporting clients to attend college and community activities.
• Assisting with daily activities and promoting healthy lifestyles.
• Implementing and monitoring individual support plans.
• Supporting personal care and household duties.
• Assisting with financial management.
• Using communication methods to promote wellbeing.
• Encouraging relationships with family, friends, and the community.
• Maintaining client independence and safeguarding.
• Behaving in a culturally sensitive manner, respecting equality and diversity.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License.
• This position is subject to a PVG check and two satisfactory references.
