As a Support Worker you will be supporting Cheryl and her boyfriend Craig when necessary. Craig enjoys a busy social life, going to the gym, swimming, watching football, and visiting his local pub with Cheryl. Cheryl is a sociable and friendly person who lives in her own house in Torquay and has an established support team. She is independent and requires minimal support at home but needs assistance with budgeting her money.
They are looking for individuals who are fun and share similar interests with Cheryl and Craig, as well as someone who can introduce them to new activities. At times, Cheryl needs emotional support to stay on track, as she can become overwhelmed and anxious. Craig sometimes struggles with memory due to a brain injury and can be stubborn, but he generally leads a fun and independent life. The focus is on having fun and supporting Cheryl and Craig on their journey to increased independence.
