We are looking to recruit two Site Managers to join our dynamic, successful, and growing team based in Tottenham, N17 9QP. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team within the Planned Works Hub, with the aim to expand our client base.
Leading the day-to-day activities of the project, in accordance with our best practice and governance standards, you’ll ensure all business objectives are met within the overall time, cost, and budget constraints, while supporting the bid and business development process. With a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs, you’ll manage and maximize operational service delivery and productivity, promoting a focus on quality assurance, service accessibility, and responsiveness, maximizing client involvement and feedback.
About You
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, with an understanding of profit and loss accounting, budget management, and familiarity with EasyBop systems or similar task management services. Knowledge of planned, cyclical, and major works is essential. You should possess excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver excellent services to customers.
