Spinwell is recruiting for a Project Change Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Responsibilities of the Project Change Manager:
- Deputise for the Change lead at meetings/forums or develop reports and dashboards as required.
- Create and manage programme-wide plans for change activities, think strategically across multiple projects, prioritize work, and identify dependencies.
- Lead workshops to identify stakeholder groups, conduct Change Impact Assessments, and perform Training Needs Analyses.
- Experience in 'train the trainer' approaches is beneficial.
- Support the business change lead in building relationships across the client to facilitate feedback, understanding of business priorities, and adoption.
- Collaborate with Change Analysts and PMO to ensure timely delivery of information, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and promote a consistent programme 'brand' with standards.
- Assist in developing assessments for business readiness, ensuring they are integrated into go-live processes.
- Identify and address resistance to change using various interventions.
- Write clear, concise, and meaningful communications as needed.
- Support activities that prepare users for programme changes.
Skills and Experience of the Project Change Manager:
- Qualification in Change Management preferred; alternatively, over 8 years of experience leading and implementing change strategies across cultures.
- Strategic thinker who is also hands-on; a team player committed to delivering change priorities.
- Strong presenter, communicator, and facilitator, comfortable leading sessions and translating technical information into user-friendly language.
- Experience in e-learning, AI, web design, videos, and creative communication methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Proactive, creative, and robust problem solver.
- Ability to challenge and have constructive conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to governance and quality.
