Warehouse Manager

About the Role

As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee all incoming stock operations, including stock returns, and the overall upkeep of stock storage areas for the site. You will ensure accurate receipt and dispatch of goods into the systems, while promptly addressing any errors with suppliers. Additionally, the business has other sites that most products are distributed from, so accurate communication and system management are essential to maintain excellent service.

From a logistics perspective, there are 4 team members who, depending on seasonality, will rotate between being on-site and assisting with deliveries directly to customers. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with other department managers and key stakeholders to ensure stock is processed efficiently and made available as swiftly as possible.

What do you need?

1. Experience working in a multi-dimensional warehouse environment.
2. Ideally, experience developing a warehouse & logistics department to a new way of working.
3. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak times.
4. A forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
