Hiring for a seasoned ERP Selection Lead for one of the fast-growing global consulting providers. Our client is a UK HQ global consulting firm that specializes in optimizing business processes and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and workforce productivity. With over a decade of experience, they focus on areas like Global Business Services (GBS) transformation, AI and automation, outsourcing advisory, process mining, change management, and learning and development. Their expertise spans various domains, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce risks, and achieve strategic success. On the growth path, they are looking to expand the ERP team to help drive their growth strategy.

Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote (With business travel as required to Saudi Arabia).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP selection initiatives by managing the full lifecycle—from gathering detailed business requirements to delivering final vendor recommendations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders including finance, operations, IT, and executive leadership to identify, capture, and prioritize both strategic and operational needs across the enterprise.
  • Develop structured RFPs (Request for Proposals), design scoring models, and establish evaluation criteria to objectively assess and compare ERP vendors and platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor interactions, including product demonstrations, facilitating Q&A sessions, and overseeing technical due diligence to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite, offering insights on capabilities, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and industry relevance.
  • Perform data-driven analysis and business case development to support vendor selection, offering clear recommendations based on ROI, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and long-term business impact.
  • Ensure ERP alignment with business and technical strategies by evaluating how proposed solutions integrate with existing systems and support future growth and scalability.
  • Facilitate Organizational Change Management by developing a clear transition plan to ease client migration from systems, ensuring smooth SOP updates and user adoption.
