Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. Collaborate with teachers to implement and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning needs. Assist with the development and delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for SEN pupils.
