Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator £30,000 – £31,000 + Excellent Benefits City of London – Temple / Blackfriars | Fully Office-Based | 9am-6pmAre you a confident and professional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding client service? Our client, a leading property management firm with stunning City-based offices, is seeking a Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join their team.This is a high-profile, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth front-of-house experience in a busy, modern building. You'll also assist with pop-up events and client engagement initiatives, making this a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.

The Role:

Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staffManaging a busy reception desk in a high-end corporate environmentSupporting events and engagement activities for clients in the buildingLiaising with building users and stakeholders to ensure excellent serviceProviding administrative support and working collaboratively with a small, close-knit team

About You:

Experience in a professional reception, hospitality, or high-end retail role (1-2 years minimum)Outstanding communication skills and a polished, professional mannerHighly organised, proactive, and client-service focusedAmbitious, reliable, and keen to build a long-term careerCandidates on Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visas at the start of their term will be considered, provided relevant experience is in place
