Delivery Driver

Are you a Delivery Driver looking for part-time work? Our client based in the centre of Grantham is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their team on a part-time, temp-to-perm basis (2 – 2.5 days a week), with an hourly rate between £13.50 and £15.

Responsibilities include:

1. Transporting beds and furniture to customers safely and promptly.
2. Loading and unloading the van for deliveries.
3. Assisting the sales team with heavy lifting and wrapping as needed.
4. Unloading stock deliveries.

Requirements:

1. Full clean driver’s license.
2. Experience driving a Luton-type van and comfortable doing so.
3. Ability to lift heavy goods and perform basic assembly tasks in customers’ homes.
4. Good communication and customer service skills.
5. Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
6. Desirable: 2+ years’ experience as a delivery driver.
