A leading and well-placed iGaming company is seeking a Head of Engineering to take charge of its technical strategy and execution across its casino products. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on scaling high-performance teams, driving innovation, and delivering resilient systems in a fast-evolving, high-traffic environment.

Your Role:

As Head of Engineering, you will:

• Set the technical vision and engineering roadmap across multiple product verticals
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of engineers and tech leads across backend, frontend, and DevOps
• Partner closely with senior product stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, development, testing, and operations
• Champion a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning
• Drive hiring, team development, and technical performance across distributed and hybrid teams

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience , with 2+ years in a technical leadership or departmental management role
• Deep knowledge of modern engineering practices
• Proven success managing and scaling engineering teams in complex product environments
• Experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms), CI/CD, microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis, etc.)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong alignment with agile delivery models and product-led development
• Background in iGaming, sports betting, or high-availability transaction systems is strongly preferred
