SEN Specialist Assistant - Wokingham

An amazing primary school in Wokingham is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic SEN Specialist Assistant to work with pupils who have special educational needs (SEN). As a Specialist Assistant, you will assist students in their learning both on a 1-to-1 basis and in group scenarios, assessing and accommodating their individual learning needs, and reporting on their progress.

The SEN Specialist Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and network with other professionals. You will develop relevant skills and expand your knowledge in a supportive environment.

• Supporting the classroom teacher to facilitate effective teaching
• Managing behaviour
• Keeping children engaged
• Communicating with teachers and peers

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £90-100 per day

Full-time: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
