Pay - £7.55 - £12.30 per hour. Our store in Bridgend are looking for a minimum of 16 hours per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The hours will be spread across the week and will include at least one Saturday or Sunday shift.

They contribute to a wide range of expectations, including the preparation of our delicious range of food and beverages, providing excellent customer service and continuously developing and upholding customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight-knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge.
- As part of this role you will be working, and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork.
- Serving hot and cold beverages.
- Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items.
- Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot.
- Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible.
- Loading and unloading the dishwashers.
- Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant.

- You’ll have previous involvement working closely with a team and you’ll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment.
