A lovely UHNW family is seeking an experienced, professional and trustworthy Live-in Domestic Couple fluent in both Russian and English to manage the smooth running of their household and grounds. The ideal candidates will have lived and worked together and have a proactive and service-oriented approach, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and household support. Discretion, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Housekeeping & Household Maintenance:
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence to an impeccable standard
- Laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, and fabric care (including delicate garments)
- Packing/unpacking for travel
- Ensuring the household is stocked with essential supplies
- Managing household inventory and liaising with suppliers
- Meal preparation and cooking to a high standard (including Russian cuisine, family-style and/or formal dining)
- Menu planning in accordance with the family's dietary preferences
- Grocery shopping and pantry management
- Serving meals when required
- Maintaining and operating a traditional Russian Banya
- Carrying out handyman duties, general maintenance and minor repairs
- Overseeing contractors, gardeners, and other external service providers
- Ensuring all household systems are running efficiently
- Vehicle maintenance and occasional driving duties
- Ensuring the security of the property
- Handling deliveries, supervising tradespeople, and liaising with external suppliers
- Managing household budgets and petty cash if required
- Running errands and general personal assistance tasks
- Languages: Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is essential
- Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years in a similar or relevant role
- Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to Kent, work evenings and weekends when required
- Discretion & Professionalism: A high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
