SUMMARY : General Labor Warehouse Worker Opportunity at Greentech Renewables – St. Louis. Join the team to move solar panels, racking, piping, stage orders, and wrap pallets.

REPORTS TO : Location Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Ability to move heavy objects (up to 60 lbs)
• Clean driving record and background check
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES :

• Quick learner, hardworking, team-oriented
• Ability to multi-task

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Forklift trained
• Customer service experience

WORKING CONDITIONS :

• Walking, bending, lifting on concrete floors
• Hot and cold temperatures depending on weather
• Interacting with staff and customers daily

COMPENSATION : $30.00 hourly

OTHER COMPENSATION : Bonus may be applicable

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : None

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Handle shipping and receiving with UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight
• Stage and pull solar panels, racking, pipes, and wrap pallets
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Proactively contribute to the team by taking on additional responsibilities
