My client is an energetic engineering consultancy who provide services to the construction industry, developers and local authorities. They undertake a wide variety of work including drainage design, highway and external works design, structural design, structural surveys, flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling. They are looking to recruit a Director/Associate Director to join their team, based in Leeds. The Role: ·Developing and managing their residential team ·Working closely with the Directors. ·Working within the residential sectors, delivering high quality outputs. ·Ability to work with other design team members and clients in the design process. Your Experience: ·Educated to Degree level in Civil Engineering ·Have experience in a similar role. ·Professional membership with a recognised engineering institution. ·Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D and Micro Drainage along with good working knowledge of SUDs. ·Knowledge of all approval processes including S38 & S104 ·Experienced in managing and mentoring junior members of staff. ·Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills required.
