For Companies My client is an energetic engineering consultancy who provide services to the construction industry, developers and local authorities. They undertake a wide variety of work including drainage design, highway and external works design, structural design, structural surveys, flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling. They are looking to recruit a Director/Associate Director to join their team, based in Leeds.
The Role:
- Developing and managing their residential team
- Working closely with the Directors
- Working within the residential sectors, delivering high quality outputs
- Ability to work with other design team members and clients in the design process
Your Experience:
- Educated to Degree level in Civil Engineering
- Have experience in a similar role
- Professional membership with a recognised engineering institution
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D and Micro Drainage along with good working knowledge of SUDs
- Knowledge of all approval processes including S38 & S104
- Experienced in managing and mentoring junior members of staff
- Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills required
