We are looking for a Senior Integration Manager to join our team in London!

Salary Range: £75,000 to £85,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the job: We seek an Integration Manager passionate about Technology and Project Management to oversee software product delivery for our clients. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during their integration phase, maintaining communication and understanding their needs.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to post-deployment support.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Define and track project requirements, scope, and deliverables across Business Units.
  • Create and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying risks.
  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, proposing solutions.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure project documentation is current.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure team rota and holiday tracking.
  • Apply data-driven approaches to delivery.
  • Share knowledge within the broader Integration Management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering gaming software projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Lean-Agile project management in software development.
  • Experience managing globally dispersed teams.
  • Leadership skills in a Technology environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience managing third-party providers and technical teams.

Desirable:

  • Certifications such as PMP, MSP, Scrum Master.
