Head of Pre-Prep Coeducational, independent school September 2025 Connaught Education is collaborating with an outstanding, coeducational, independent school to appoint a Head of Pre-Prep on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025. This is a role of huge importance, and it forms part of the senior leadership team within a successful, dynamic, and happy independent school. The school in question caters for pupils from nursery to prep, the pre-prep is part of the main school site and shares facilities, there is a sense of shared goals and a whole school partnership to cater for pupils at every level. This is a non-selective school with an inclusive approach that ensures the development of all pupils, regardless of their academic starting point. The Head of Pre-Prep will join the senior leadership team and play an integral role in shaping the educational journey of pupils between the ages of 2 and 7. The successful applicant will have QTS, be experienced in terms of leadership, have a strong EYFS background and ideally have worked in an independent prep school environment previously.
