Senior Content Director

Senior Content Manager London, Hybrid working £Salt are seeing a Senior Content Manager for a newly created role with one of our established clients within the burgeoning online marketplace industry. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the development of content and PR strategies that build brand visibility, drive member engagement, and amplify the organisation’s mission lead strategy. This role is ideal for a hands-on content and PR professional with experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused or membership environments. Content Strategy: ~ Develop and lead an integrated content strategy across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent tone and alignment with business goals. Oversee a multi-channel content calendar including seasonal campaigns, member stories, blogs, newsletters, video, and social content. Manage media relations, agency partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives to secure impactful coverage and support crisis communications. Partner with community and service teams to turn member stories and user-generated content into compelling brand advocacy. Performance & Optimisation: ~ Define KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and use insights to optimise content and PR activity for reach, engagement, and ROI. Proven experience in content, PR, or communications in consumer or member-based organisations. Strong media relations skills and a track record of securing high-quality coverage. Skilled in storytelling, content personalisation, and multi-channel delivery. Data-driven approach to content performance and optimisation.
