Our client has a dedicated Civil Fraud practice and is routinely instructed on complex fraud cases across various sectors. The team is recognized for its expertise in investigating and litigating issues related to fraud, including asset recovery, regulatory investigations, and distressed situations.

The team has particular expertise in high-value enforcement actions, freezing orders, and other types of injunctive relief.

The firm is seeking an experienced Civil Fraud Solicitor to join its busy practice, focusing on providing well-rounded advice to clients, addressing both legal and practical implications of fraud-related issues.

The Candidate

• Civil Fraud Lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong academic ability
• Interest in handling a variety of work for diverse clients
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
• Effective networking abilities
• Commercial awareness of client and firm requirements
• Self-motivation and resourcefulness
