Role responsibilities: – Plan and deliver dynamic lessons to a diverse range of students. – Work with various schools in Derbyshire. – Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and progress. – Employ various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. – Assess and monitor the progress of all pupils, providing constructive feedback and support. – Implement effective teaching strategies. – Enhance pupil engagement and enjoyment of the wider curricular areas. – Support children with additional needs. – Adapt teaching and resources to best support each child individually. Requirements: – QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or relevant teaching qualifications. – Enhanced Child Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new DBS). – Strong curriculum knowledge – Experience in SEND Settings (desirable) – Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their maximum potential. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Flexibility, willingness and adaptability to contribute to the wider school and local community. – Excellent behaviour management strategies.
