Calvic Enterprises are looking for enthusiastic, vibrant, and compassionate individuals who lead with their hearts and strive to deliver high-quality person-centred care! This position is for people living in the Birmingham, Redditch, Willenhall, and Walsall locality. The shifts available are Monday to Sunday, and are flexible throughout the day. Shift patterns range from morning till late lunch, and early tea until late bed calls. All care workers are required to work alternate weekends.

We offer full training, a competitive salary, and flexible working hours. We also pay an enhanced rate over weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day—and if you are a car driver with the necessary business insurance policies, you also get paid at an enhanced rate.

As a care worker, you will be involved in maintaining an individual’s wishes to remain in the comfort of their own home, and you will be required to carry out tasks such as:

  • Personal care
  • Medication Administration
  • Meal Preparation and support with Nutritional and Hydration needs
  • Companionship
  • Domestic Tasks
  • Catheter and Continence Care

We treat each service user with dignity and respect and expect caring attitudes from all caregivers. Must have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening) and be proactive with regular and flexible work hours.

We encourage personal development by offering external qualifications such as QCF Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, NCFE CACHE Level 2 in various subjects, and the Care Certificate.
