Join one of the leading Indirect Tax practices in the UK, providing expert advice and support in all aspects of Indirect Tax (VAT, Customs Duty, Green taxes) to a diverse range of business sectors, including large multi-nationals, household name retailers, and public sector organisations. The practice serves a broad range of clients, offering VAT and Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) services. Given the real-time nature of VAT and IPT, they work closely with clients to understand their activities and business operations.

Your new role

Become a key member of the team, providing Indirect Tax advice to various clients and helping them achieve their commercial objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Providing indirect tax advisory services to clients.
• Supporting team members in delivering client projects.
• Engaging in direct contact with clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Mentoring and developing team members.
• Identifying opportunities to implement technology solutions for compliance and advisory projects.
• Contributing to a diverse and friendly team environment.

What you\’ll need to succeed

• Existing knowledge or skills in VAT or Customs that are transferable.
• A commitment to developing Indirect Tax knowledge and skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Experience working with clients to identify issues and opportunities in Indirect Tax processes.
• High drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude under work pressure.
• A desire to learn and deliver quality work to enhance the firm\’s reputation.
