An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Criminal Lawyer to join a Legal 500 firm with offices in Oxford. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and have previous experience in private client and regulatory crime. You will be expected to represent clients at all stages of criminal proceedings, from pre-charge to post-conviction, and provide strategic and tactical guidance to clients in complex and sensitive matters. Duties will include: Advising and representing clients in criminal matters including serious criminal offenses regulatory breaches, and white-collar crime cases. Represent clients in all stages of criminal proceedings, including pre-trial, trial, and post-conviction hearings. Drafting legal documents, including correspondence, witness statements and pleadings. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication of complex legal concepts and potential outcomes. Work closely with other members of the criminal team to ensure efficient case management and delivery of services.
