Job Title: Pre-Cast Concrete Operatives

Join us at Brandorr Group as Pre-Cast Concrete Operatives. We are a recruitment agency based in Mansfield, seeking candidates to join our client\’s production team in Worksop.

Responsibilities include:

• Manufacturing high-quality concrete products
• Working in casting, finishing, Re-bar, and setup roles
• Performing manual labor tasks
• Setting up concrete molds and equipment
• Reading mechanical drawings
• Operating hand and power tools
• General production activities including casting, spraying, and mixing concrete

Requirements:

• Previous experience in precast or concrete manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
