Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operational functions of the firm. Support investment activities and strategic growth initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to operational best practices. Manage relationships with key service providers. Scale the firm’s operations and improve internal processes. Candidate Profile: Operationally hands-on with strong knowledge of close-ended fund structures, finance, and compliance. Proactive, detail-oriented leader with proven experience in similar roles. Willing to relocate, commute, or be based in Oxford.
