This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation as a Regional Engagement Manager .

The main responsibility of the Regional Engagement Manager is to source and qualify prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses.
This involves sourcing suitable referral partners, planning face-to-face meetings, open days with learners, and engaging with third-party organisations within your designated location.
You will also need to identify and advise the Business Development team of suitable employment opportunities in your area.
The key responsibilities include:
- Achieving departmental KPIs.
- Supporting BDMs by generating regional and national employer vacancy leads.
- Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates face-to-face and via telephone.
- Working with external agencies to promote courses and identify community and employer needs.
- Managing JCP relationships and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Providing up-to-date regional data on learner and agency needs.
- Determining candidate eligibility and suitability.
- Promoting opportunities on social media.
- Supporting candidate and employer engagement activities.
- Creating reports on activity levels, candidate inquiries, and progress.
- Managing relationships with key partners to generate referrals and leads.
- Following recruitment processes to ensure high-quality experiences.
- Providing excellent Information, Advice, and Guidance.
- Attending recruitment and marketing events.
- Promoting the organisation locally.
- Willingness to work across various locations.

Person Specification
- Previous recruitment and networking experience (Essential)
- Knowledge of contract areas (Desirable)
- Excellent communication and listening skills (Essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (Essential)
- Team player (Essential)
- Understanding of AEB / SSU contracts (Desirable)
- Confident use of IT, especially Excel (Essential)
- Clean full UK driving licence (Essential)
