Healthcare Worker

Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Mental Healthcare Worker to work within a specialist nursing and Dementia Care Home in Cumbria.

Shifts:Monday to Sunday
Hours: 12-hour shifts
Rates: £15.05ph – £35.05ph PAYE Inclusive depending on time and day of shift worked.

Please Note: Sponsorship Not Available
Applicants must be available for a minimum of three shifts per week. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider Skilled Worker or Student Visa sponsorships.

The successful Healthcare Worker will be expected to support adults with dementia and a range of other age-related conditions and medical needs.

Person Specification
The successful applicant must have:

• Demonstrable Knowledge and experience working within Acute Mental Health.
• Practical PMVA Training, Practical Basic Life Support and Practical Safeguarding dated within 12 months.
• Online Mandatory Training dated within 12 months.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and commit to working hours mentioned above.
