Wayman Education is looking for a Year 5 teacher in Twyford from January 2024! This is an opportunity to work within a ‘Good’ primary school in Twyford, Buckinghamshire, Southeast England from January 2024 until July 2024. The school is looking to appoint a class teacher who will enjoy teaching an academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum in a school with exceptional pastoral care.

Responsibilities of a Year 5 teacher:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective classes to Year 5 students based on the National Curriculum.
2. Provide ongoing feedback and support to Year 5 students to encourage growth and development.
3. Create a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
5. Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
6. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on Year 5 student progress.
7. Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

5. Dedication to providing high-quality education to children.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments and schools.
