The Marketing Executive will: Be the lead point of contact for all consumer interactions, including phone, email, social media, and post, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Ensure seamless product fulfilment by maintaining strong relationships with the fulfilment house. Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints in a personalised and timely manner, ensuring every interaction strengthens the brand’s relationship with its loyal customers. Lead on special initiatives such as surprise & delight send-outs and buyer boxes, enhancing consumer engagement at key moments. Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager to address product-related inquiries and generate monthly consumer reports. Essential Skills: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing role, ideally within an FMCG or brand-led environment. Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM systems to manage customer interactions effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and resolve issues in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
