• Contract: Maternity Cover (6 – 9 Months)

We have an ambitious vision for the future and have structured our business to allow us to focus on our future plans.We are looking for a highly skilled professional with significant experience of working in a Housing Association with an excellent knowledge of property maintenance repairs and diagnosing repairs. You will have experience of working within statutory and regulatory compliance in Asset Management by planning and overseeing the delivery of programmes. You will have assisted with Stock Condition Surveys, with an extensive knowledge in reporting and diagnosing repairs.

The Quality Assurance Officer will be key role within our Property Services Department and we are seeking a strong team player with a positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and importance of customer satisfaction in delivering our services.
