We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established car dealership in Colchester for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to cover holiday dates in May and June. This is a temporary position ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and front-of-house experience.

Location: Colchester

Hourly Rate: £12.21

Contract Type: Temporary / Holiday Cover

Working Dates:

  • May:
  • Friday 16th May – 11:30am (handover)
  • Saturday 17th May – 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Sunday 18th May – 10:00am to 2:00pm
  • Saturday 24th May – 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Sunday 25th May – 10:00am to 2:00pm
  • Monday 26th May (Bank Holiday) – 10:00am to 4:00pm
  • June:
    • Saturday 7th June – 8:00am to 5:00pm
    • Sunday 15th June – 10:00am to 2:00pm

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Greeting and assisting visitors in the showroom
    • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
    • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
    • Handling basic administrative duties as required

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Professional, punctual, and reliable
    • Able to work independently
