Role Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
  • Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
  • Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Role 1

  • Week 1: Monday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00
  • Week 2: Monday from 08:00 to 12:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 18:00
  • Week 3: Monday from 08:00 to 12:00, Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00
  • Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.

Role 2

  • Week 1: Tuesday and Wednesday from 08:00 to 18:00
  • Week 2: Tuesday from 08:00 to 12:00, Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00
  • Week 3: Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and Friday from 16:00 to 00:00
  • Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
