What You’ll Be Doing- Partnering with schools across Cheshire to understand and support their staffing needs
- Sourcing, screening, and placing quality teaching & support staff
- Managing the full recruitment cycle – from candidate onboarding to client relationship management

- Staying ahead of sector trends to offer clients strategic insight
- Experience in education or recruitment (or both!)
