Your new role As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of administration to assist with the smooth running of the business. Working alongside estimators and the pre-construction director to support all aspects of the tender process. Your daily tasks will include making payments, booking appointments, handling external calls, and managing enquiries. Printing and plotting construction drawings and completing take-offs for estimators. Overseeing the development of marketing literature to send out to clients. Collation and input of incoming tender package documents onto the system. Additionally, you will balance the till and cash sheet daily, complete end-of-day procedures, and communicate with company accountants on payroll, VAT, and tax matters.
