We are looking for an MSP (Managed Service Provider) Programme Leader to join our award-winning Channel Sales Organisation. As the UKI lead, you will be instrumental in developing our MSP go to market strategy with the aim to grow revenue and profit across key product, services and solution areas within the MSP community in the UKI market. You will work extensively with our Technologists, Channel Sales Team, End User Sales Teams, Marketing and WW/EMEA Teams to develop a winning MSP go to market strategy.
Recognised as the MSP leader, a strong in-depth understanding of a commercial channel sales model, channel programmes, competitive products/propositions, solutions and software applications is a pre-requisite. Sales experience, relationship building, coupled with a deep understanding of the channel is also essential. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year.
What are your detailed responsibilities?
- Programme leadership β working with WW ISO, EMEA and the local channel to ensure it delivers for the UK channel.
- Channel enablement activity to ensure distribution, MSPs and the channel are fully engaged with the programme.
- Create the mechanism and process for onboarding of MSPs to the programme.
- Drive uptake of the program for DaaS and ISG clients.
- Ensure detailed plans are in place with the right partners through their PAMs/DAMs.
- Ensure participation in external activity to grow our brand, PR/Social/Events.
- Co-ordinate marketing activities for the programme in collaboration with alliance partners (e.g. Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Microsoft).
- Co-ordinate the sell to activities within our sales communities.
- Establish key relationships with high propensity new and existing MSPs and Partners.
- Contribute towards Joint Business Planning to maximise share within key strategic MSPs and influence within Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Maintain a high level of market and industry knowledge and offer business feedback to maximise opportunities.
What are the requirements?
- Significant experience in Business Development, Project Management & excellent sales led approach.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in Channel Sales Roles with MSP Industry knowledge preferable.
- Complete understanding of a Channel Sales Model.
- Superior problem solving & analytical skills, metric driven with strong business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer presentation skills both face to face and online.
- Systematic, persistent and efficient when managing both time and projects.
- Proven track record in hitting quota and overachieving month over month.
