As HR Business Partner – EMEA, you will be a strategic partner to teams across multiple countries, delivering people programmes that elevate culture, performance, and employee experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-led HR team that’s passionate about supporting people and driving results.

Location: London, UK (Hybrid), 3 Days a week in Hammersmith, London

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 5% bonus

Level: Mid-to-Senior

Type: Full-time, Permanent

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with leaders and employees across EMEA on HR programmes, policies, and organisational initiatives
  • Lead sensitive employee relations matters with integrity and confidentiality
  • Support and co-deliver strategic HR projects with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Talent Development
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Champion culture through employee feedback, engagement, and training initiatives

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years as an HR Business Partner in multi-country roles
  • CIPD or SHRM certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law; experience with APAC (Japan/Australia) is a bonus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
