As Senior HR Business Partner โ EMEA, you'll be a strategic partner to teams across multiple countries, delivering people programmes that elevate culture, performance, and employee experience. Youโll be part of a collaborative, values-led HR team thatโs passionate about supporting people and driving results.
๐น Location: London, UK (Hybrid), 3 Days a week in Hammersmith, London
๐น Salary: ยฃ80,000โยฃ100,000 + 5% bonus
๐น Level: Mid-to-Senior
๐น Type: Full-time, Permanent
What youโll be doing:
- Partner with leaders and employees across EMEA on HR programmes, policies, and organisational initiatives
- Lead sensitive employee relations matters with integrity and confidentiality
- Support and co-deliver strategic HR projects with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Talent Development
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR best practices
- Champion culture through employee feedback, engagement, and training initiatives
What youโll bring:
- 7+ years as an HR Business Partner in multi-country roles
- CIPD or SHRM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law; experience with APAC (Japan/Australia) is a bonus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
