Job Title – Health and Wellbeing Lead
Location – West Midlands
Working Pattern – 2-3 days on site
Salary – £50k – £57k + Benefits
Forsyth Barnes is supporting a major UK energy infrastructure organisation in the search for a Health & Wellbeing Lead.
In this pivotal role, you\’ll develop and implement innovative wellbeing strategies across a diverse workforce. Responsibilities include identifying health risks, designing proactive interventions, and collaborating with internal teams, external health providers, and charities to foster a culture of wellbeing and resilience.
This role offers an opportunity to influence mental health and employee wellbeing strategies within a nationally significant organisation. You will act as a subject matter expert, influence policy, measure impact, and help shape long-term health strategies at work.
Key Requirements:
- NEBOSH certification in Health & Wellbeing or Health & Safety
- Background in psychology, behavioural science, or a relevant field
- Proven experience delivering impactful wellbeing and mental health initiatives
- Ability to influence at all levels and implement sustainable solutions
- Confident, resilient, and passionate about creating healthy workplaces
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- NEBOSH National Diploma
- Further qualifications in psychology or occupational health
- Familiarity with HSE Management standards
