We are looking for a Sales Team Manager in our FlexiPay team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our FlexiPay Sales team and play a part in scaling Funding Circle’s newest product!

The role

This role involves managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for FlexiPay.

We’re seeking a leader who will coach, train, and develop their team to maximize potential and improve efficiency and delivery.

• Motivate and performance manage your team to achieve targets, setting goals and supporting their development.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive the team forward.
• Champion best practices and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings.
• Coordinate with other departments and lead new initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders and report on team performance.
• Recruit and onboard new sales talent.
• Proactively solve problems, mitigate risks, and address control weaknesses.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in high-volume sales roles and people management.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and high performance.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent relationship-building skills internally and externally.
