Our client, a global consulting firm with a strong Oracle EPM practice, is looking for an experienced Oracle EPBCS Manager to lead solution delivery, drive architectural decisions, and play an active role in business development. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage delivery teams, shape client solutions, and help win new work by acting as a trusted subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) implementations.
- Own the solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with client business goals.
- Guide technical and functional teams through design, build, test, and deployment phases.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients throughout delivery, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Serve as a go-to expert for Oracle EPBCS within the firm and with clients.
- Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates and best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge development.
- Participate in client pursuits by leading demos, answering RFPs/RFIs, and presenting at orals.
- Work closely with the sales team to shape proposals and align solutions with client needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support upselling efforts.
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 2 years working with EPBCS.
- Proven track record of leading successful cloud EPM implementations.
- Deep understanding of financial planning processes and how they translate into Oracle EPM architecture.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable participating in business development activities including demos and proposals.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Programming experience in Groovy, Python, JavaScript or similar is a plus.
