Are you looking for a temporary customer service role based in Borehamwood? I am working on behalf of my client that is looking for a customer focused person to join their team during this busy time. They are paying £15.00 per hour, the role is 36 hours a week, initially it will be based in the office but once you confident with the role you are able to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This role would include but is not limited to: Dealing with all enquires received by phone, email or other channels. Following enquiries through to completion wherever possible and delivering the service to the best possible standards of customer care. To provide a range of administrative support to the team. Provide a comprehensive processing service to the department Dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently from the public by telephone, email or face to face. To take and process payments To scan all documents appropriate to the role and the department. Maintenance of filing and archiving records in relation to the department process To administer the processing and submitting for authorisation purchase orders and invoices via the in house system.To contact customers on a variety of matters as directed, including return calls in response to the outcome of enquiries.
