A well reputed high street practice in Oxfordshire are seeking a 7+ years PQE Private Client Solicitor to join the Oxford office. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload dealing with: Will drafting, to include complex and living Probate Estate planning Family inheritance/Capital Gains Tax Inheritance tax planning Trusts Elderly care Lasting powers of attorney There is an existing caseload of work to pick up and the firm can largely rely on a dedicated client base offering repeat business and referrals.
