Job Description

We are recruiting a reliable and motivated Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves working on void properties, restoring them to standard. The candidate should be confident in basic trades including carpentry (fitting doors, skirting, minor repairs), painting & decorating, and general maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in the trades mentioned above
• Own tools and transport
• Full UK driving license
• Proactive attitude and willingness to travel
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
