We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operative roles to work at our client, AB Produce based in Measham (DE12 7DT) IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE As a Food Production Operative you will need to have: Live locally or have your own transport to travel to site as there is no public transport Flexibility regarding shifts pattern, you will be given a daily plan Able to work up to 10 hours per shift The ability to stand for long periods of time, in a repetitive role Working in a chilled environment Previous food / factory experience desirable but not required Details: Salary: £11.50 per hour, overtime after 40 hours paid x 1.25, after 48 hours x 1.5 Hours Available: Full Time & Part Time Variety of shifts: Rotating 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 , including Saturdays and Sunday Rotating 07:00-15:00 /15:00-23:00, including Saturdays and Sundays Weekends Only Location: Measham DE12 7DT Role of a Food Production Operative: Working on a production line helping to create or pack various food products – fresh vegetables A good eye for detail and able to follow instructions well Quality control of completed products and removing defective ones Cleaning – wiping down the surfaces/ cleaning the floor The role involves manual handling Packaging, labelling and stacking products in a cold store environment Adhere to company Food Safety Policies Ensure cleanliness and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards Benefits of working with us: 28 Holidays per year Weekly Pay Onsite car park Pension Scheme Employed Status Personal Accident Insurance Mortgage references If you are interested in the above Food Production Operative role, please apply If you are looking to contact our onsite team, please visit the site locator on our website.
