Are you the kind of person who can spot cost efficiencies before they become problems, loves working with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment? We're looking for a Sales Estimator to join our team—someone who’s confident navigating drawings, pricing out projects from concept to completion, and working closely with suppliers to ensure top-quality, best-value solutions.

What this role is all about:

• Building accurate, competitive quotes that reflect real-world costings and project scope
• Collaborating with sales, design, and operations to ensure customer needs are met at every step
• Sourcing the best materials, prices, and installation teams
• Balancing speed, accuracy, and margin-awareness in a fast-moving environment

What you’ll bring:

• Experience estimating in a construction-related industry
• Confidence with numbers, pricing, and reading technical drawings
• A sharp eye for detail and timelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills—internally and externally
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other day-to-day tools

Bonus points if you’re familiar with AutoCAD, CRMs, or have experience in mezzanine or multi-trade construction projects.
