The Global Interchange & Pricing – Systems team manages the technical strategy, solutions, enablement, and maintenance of interchange fee assessment logic and programs for Visa's global business. This individual contributor role primarily supports the CEMEA region but may also support global projects. It acts as a liaison between Interchange Strategy teams, internal development teams, and Client-facing Sales and Merchant teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating implementation of published and strategic interchange fee programs, working on low-to-moderate complexity projects, and ensuring proper execution with stakeholders. The candidate will develop knowledge of Visa systems, identify innovative solutions, and recommend configuration and logic enhancements. The role requires attention to detail, operational experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly. It is based in London with some travel expected.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in card processing or financial services
  • 1-3 years supporting Visa programs including interchange fee assessment
