Our client is a leading contractor in the Construction and Property Services sector who can offer stable permanent positions, and opportunities to progress within. They are seeking experienced candidates who have experience working with Main Contractors within Social housing. Location: South London Salary: £40,000- £43,000 Benefits: 22 days annual leave, fuel card, company vehicle Description: As a Voids Supervisor you will oversee the repairs and maintenance of void domestic properties in South London. This will involve overseeing maintenance operatives completing repairs, ensuring high quality of work and keeping track of works completed.
