Our FTSE 250 client’s corporate secretariat provides excellent Board Corporate Governance Advisory Support to this dual listed company and its regulated subsidiaries. This Company Secretarial Assistant role is a great opportunity to develop within an experienced and supportive team. A full job description is available on request, the role covers a range of plc experience, board and committee support and company secretarial support including supporting on stock exchange announcements and year end activities. This role would suit a part qualified Chartered Governance professional with some previous experience gained in a company secretariat. The successful candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with good written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely to deadlines across a wide range of work. Our client strongly believes in training and developing Chartered Secretaries who have both breadth and depth, so over time they will discuss opportunities to grow your experience by supporting departmental projects to supplement core statutory and governance responsibilities to keep the challenges fresh. The role is busy but rewarding, and you will be supported by a highly experienced team. To be successful you will have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference.
