Pro Clinical (Part of Acacium group) is seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage our multicurrency billing cycle for our Proclinical entities in the UK and Switzerland. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoices, supporting our financial processes and revenue recognition activities. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams such as Payroll, Operations, and Sales.
Every day you will…
- Generate invoices for various clients, ensuring accuracy and correct allocation to accounts.
- Process multicurrency invoices for contract placements with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate across multiple business functions and payroll to ensure timesheets align and discrepancies are handled promptly.
- Work closely with the wider team and finance manager to run monthly and yearly audit cycles.
- Manage billing queries from external clients, working towards a 24-hour resolution.

- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a billing role, ideally within recruitment, consultancy, or professional services.
